Jamie has lived in Lunenburg for 19 years and currently resides on Peninsula Drive. He is the Chair of the Lunenburg Board of Selectmen.

Originally from Brooklyn, New York, Jamie moved to Massachusetts in 1987 and became involved in Youth Basketball (TAP), during his ten years in Pepperell, before moving to Hickory Hills Lake.

Toale  spent his professional career in Human Resources and Facilities Management, retiring from Cambridge Interactive Development Corp. (CIDC) as Sr. Vice President Human Resources and Facilities. Prior assignments included Vice President, Human Resource roles at NMS Communications and AltaVista Software.

His responsibilities included executive recruiting, staffing, organization design, employee relations and total compensation and facilities management.
Jamie spent fourteen years with Digital Equipment Corporation in human resources positions supporting sales, engineering, services and corporate headquarters, three years at Philip Morris Incorporated and ten years at The Atlantic Mutual Insurance Company.Toale holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Insurance from The College of Insurance (St. John’s University) and a Masters of Arts Degree in Human Resources and Management Development from The New School.
